Road Project from Chiku to
Aring, Kelantan
The project involves construction of a 25.4 km new
road traversing through palm oil plantation and
logged forested land in Gua Musang, Kelantan, largely
owned by the Government. Valued at RM114 million.This
road project is undertaken by THT-HCM JV Sdn Bhd,
a joint venture between THT and HCM Engineering
Sdn Bhd, in which THT has 60% interest. The project
is completed in August 2007.

THT was successful in the tender for the construction of police quarters in USJ 8 for Syarikat Pembinaan BLT Sdn Bhd. The project was awarded to THT in November 2006 and its contract value is RM42.6 million. The project involves construction of a 3 storey police station together with its related facilities and an 18 storey quarters block.
