On 11 December 2006, a signing ceremony of wakaf land development agreements was held between Lembaga Tabung Haji and Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan and Lembaga Tabung Haji and THT.

The agreements executed were in relation to the development of a 34 storey premium office building on wakaf land on Lot 168 & 169, Jalan Perak, Kuala Lumpur. The 1.21 acre land is located in Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle, in the vicinity of Petronas Twin Tower. This site is the most strategic wakaf land in terms of location and value.The launching of this wakaf development was held on 8 June 2007. It was officiated by YAB Dato' Seri Abdullah Hj. Ahmad Badawi, the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
