THT owns 28% equity interest in Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd ("Roadcare"), a concession company which was awarded a 15 year concession contract by JKR for the maintenance of Federal Roads in the central region of Malaysia; throughout the states of Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. The concession commenced in February 2001 and will end in February 2016.
